The State of Oklahoma hereby assents to the provisions of:\n\n1. The Act of Congress which was approved September 2, 1937,\n\nand is found at 16 U.S.C. Section 669, as amended; and\n\n2. The Act of Congress which was approved August 9, 1950, and\n\nis found at 16 U.S.C. Section 777, as amended.\n\nB.
