Stat. tit. 29, § 29-7-401a","heading":"Violation of state environmental regulatory agency","body":"provision or rule causing death of fish or wildlife.\n\nA. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision\n\nof or fails to perform any duty imposed by a state environmental\n\nregulatory agency pursuant to the Oklahoma Statutes or rules\n\npromulgated thereto, which violation causes the death of fish or\n\nother wildlife, shall in addition to the penalties provided by law\n\nbe liable to pay the state an amount equal to the sum of money\n\nreasonably necessary to restock such waters. Such liability shall\n\ninclude replacement cost of fish killed, based on the most recent\n\nfish values as officially published by the American Fishery Society,\n\nSouthern Division, all other costs required for such restocking,\n\nincluding but not limited to shipment and handling, or replenish\n\nsuch wildlife and all cost incurred in investigating, locating or\n\nestablishing the responsible person, firm or corporation as\n\ndetermined by the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission.\n\nB. Such amount may be recovered by a state environmental\n\nregulatory agency on behalf of the state in a civil action brought\n\nin the district court with all such monies being provided to the\n\nOklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission. The Oklahoma Wildlife\n\nConservation Commission shall reimburse the state environmental\n\nregulatory agency issuing the violation for all expenses incurred.\n\nC.
