Except as provided by law, no railroad, express company or\n\nother common carrier or any agent, servant or employee thereof may\n\nreceive for transportation or transport any wildlife or endangered\n\nor rare species in this state.\n\nB. All such companies in this state shall keep a copy of this\n\nCode on file at each of their shipping offices in this state for the\n\ninformation of their employees.\n\nC.
