Stat. tit. 29, § 29-7-602","heading":"General prohibition against transporting wildlife -","body":"Exceptions.\n\nA. Except as otherwise provided by law, no person may ship into\n\nor out of, transport into or out of, have in possession with the\n\nintent to so transport, or cause to be removed from this state:\n\n1. Any wildlife or parts thereof, nests of wildlife, their eggs\n\nor their young; or\n\n2. Any endangered or threatened species.\n\nB. Exceptions to paragraph 1 of subsection A of this section\n\nare:\n\n1. Dead fish or wildlife legally taken by licensed hunters or\n\nfishermen for noncommercial purposes may be possessed, shipped, or\n\ntransported into or within the borders of this state if it is\n\naccompanied by or has attached the appropriate certificate, license,\n\nor tag as may be required by the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation\n\nCode, rules, or the laws of another state;\n\n2. Rough fish products that have been completely processed into\n\nfood or other products that legally taken fish may yield may be\n\nexported from the state;\n\n3. Any rough fish taken by licensed commercial fishermen who\n\nhave been issued a special permit as required by Section 4-105 of\n\nthis title by the Director of Wildlife Conservation may be shipped,\n\ntransported, or exported pursuant to the permit;\n\n4. Any fish or wildlife lawfully bred or propagated may be\n\nshipped or transported within the confines of this state or exported\n\nout of this state;\n\n5. Any wildlife for which the Director has given an individual\n\nspecific written authority for its transportation into or out of the\n\nstate;\n\n6. Any farmed cervidae licensed pursuant to the Oklahoma Farmed\n\nCervidae Act; or\n\n7. Any deceased, intact cervidae in transit into this state to\n\na taxidermist who is in good standing with the Secretary of State.\n\nC. An owner or operator of a commercially licensed hunting\n\nfacility shall be permitted to transport cervidae from one in-state\n\nhunt facility to another in-state hunt facility without a permit\n\nissued by the Department of Wildlife Conservation.\n\nD.
