Except as otherwise provided, no person may enter any of the\n\nwilderness area.\n\nB. Persons exempt from the above prohibition shall be:\n\n1. Persons possessing prior written permission from the\n\nDepartment;\n\n2. Departmental employees directly concerned with the\n\nmanagement of the area;\n\n3. Employees of the Forestry Service directly concerned with\n\nthe protection of the area from fire; and\n\n4. Persons concerned with the scientific study of the natural\n\nresources of the state, who are authorized by the Department.\n\nC.
