Except as otherwise provided, no person may collect, remove,\n\nlure, chase or cause to be removed, lured or chased any wildlife\n\nfrom the wilderness area or collect, remove or cause to be collected\n\nor removed any plant life from the wilderness area.\n\nB. Persons exempt from the above subsection are:\n\n1. Departmental employees pursuant to their duties; or\n\n2. Any person who has obtained prior specific written\n\npermission from the Director and who, at the time of such activity,\n\nhas evidence of that permission upon his person.\n\nC.
