In the event that a political subdivision\n\nhas adopted, or hereafter adopts, a comprehensive zoning ordinance\n\nregulating, among other things, the height of buildings, any airport\n\nzoning regulations applicable to the same area or portion thereof,\n\nmay be incorporated in and made a part of such comprehensive zoning\n\nregulations, and be administered and enforced in connection\n\ntherewith.\n\n(2) Conflict.
