Stat. tit. 3, § 3-109","heading":"Administration of airport zoning regulations","body":"All airport zoning regulations adopted by the political\n\nsubdivision or the Joint Airport Zoning Board shall provide for the\n\nadministration and enforcement of such regulations by an\n\nadministrative agency which may be an agency created by such\n\nregulations or any official, board, or other existing agency of the\n\npolitical subdivision adopting the regulations or of one of the\n\npolitical subdivisions which participated in the creation of the\n\nJoint Airport Zoning Board adopting the regulations, if satisfactory\n\nto that political subdivision, but in no case shall such\n\nadministrative agency be or include any member of the Board of\n\nAdjustment.
