Stat. tit. 3, § 3-112","heading":"Enforcement and remedies","body":"Each violation of this act or of any regulations, orders, or\n\nrulings promulgated by the political subdivision, Joint Airport\n\nZoning Board, or Commission pursuant to this act, shall constitute a\n\nmisdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than Five\n\nHundred Dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than one (1)\n\nyear in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment. In\n\naddition, the political subdivision or agency adopting zoning\n\nregulations under this act may institute in any court of competent\n\njurisdiction, an action to prevent, restrain, correct or abate any\n\nviolation of this act, or of airport zoning regulations adopted\n\nunder this act, or of any order or ruling made in connection with\n\ntheir administration or enforcement, and the court shall adjudge to\n\nthe plaintiff such relief, by way of injunction or otherwise, as may\n\nbe proper under all the facts and circumstances of the case, in\n\norder fully to effectuate the purposes of this act and of the\n\nregulations adopted and orders and rulings made pursuant thereto.","path":["OK Code","Title 3"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os3.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"df68fe075e68bd6de6c0428fd288372b4e7d760ad083b06da4dc7f40e9e9b56e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-111","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-113"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
