Stat. tit. 3, § 3-120.12","heading":"Violation of act - Fine","body":"Each violation of the Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection\n\nAct, or rulings promulgated by the Commission pursuant to this act,\n\nshall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Each day that such a violation or\n\nfailure continues constitutes a separate offense. In addition, the\n\nCommission may institute in any court of general jurisdiction, an\n\naction to prevent, restrain, correct, or abate any violation of this\n\nact, or any rules adopted or orders issued by the Commission\n\npursuant to this act.
