Stat. tit. 3, § 3-120.6","heading":"Permit application - Required components","body":"Applications to the Commission for a permit in accordance with\n\nthe provisions of the Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection Act\n\nfor construction near a public-use airport shall include the\n\nfollowing:\n\n1. For construction in a primary surface or runway protection\n\nzone, under paragraph 1 of subsection A of Section 3 of this act:\n\na. a completed application on a form prescribed by the\n\nCommission with the following statement on the\n\napplication, signed by a legal representative of the\n\napplicant:\n\n\"The applicant acknowledges for itself, its heirs, its\n\nsuccessors, and its assigns, that the real estate\n\ndescribed in this application is located in the\n\nprimary surface or the runway protection zone of a\n\npublic-use airport, and that the applicant is building\n\na structure upon this real estate, with the full\n\nknowledge and acceptance that it may be incompatible\n\nwith normal airport operations including the landing\n\nand takeoff of aircraft.\", and\n\nb. if required, a copy of the FAA Form 7460-1, “Notice of\n\nProposed Construction or Alteration”, as described in\n\n14 CFR part 77, sub-part B, Section 17, to be\n\nsubmitted to the FAA; and\n\n2.
