Every person who, in the ordinary course of his business,\n\nrents an aircraft to another person, shall deliver to that person a\n\nwritten notice stating the nature and extent of insurance coverage\n\nprovided, if any, for the renter against loss of or damage to the\n\nhull of the aircraft, or against liability arising out of the\n\nownership, maintenance or use of the aircraft. Such notice shall\n\ncontain the name of the person giving the notice, and shall be in\n\nsubstantially the following form:\n\nNOTICE OF INSURANCE COVERAGE\n\nAs a renter of aircraft, you are hereby notified that:\n\n(1) You (are) (are not) (strike phrase not applicable) insured\n\nunder a policy or policies of insurance provided by the undersigned\n\nand providing liability coverage to renters of aircraft. If\n\ncoverage is provided, it is in the amount of $____________________.\n\nSaid liability insurance is subject to a deductible\n\namount of $__________________.\n\n(2) You (are) (are not) (strike phrase not applicable) insured\n\nfor hull damage to the aircraft. If hull insurance is provided, it\n\nis in the amount of $__________________.\n\nSuch hull damage insurance is subject to a deductible\n\namount of $___________________.\n\n(3) Although insurance may be provided for liability and/or\n\nhull coverage, the undersigned's insurance carrier has full rights\n\nto subrogate against you for any payments it may be required to make\n\non account of any damage or loss arising out of your operation of\n\nthe aircraft. It is suggested that you carry insurance to protect\n\nyou to partially or fully cover this possibility.\n\n__________________________________\n\n(Signature of Person or Officer of\n\nCompany Renting Aircraft)\n\nDated ____________, 19___\n\n(Month) (Day) (Year)\n\nB. The notice delivered pursuant to subsection A of this\n\nsection shall constitute a material part of any rental agreement,\n\nand each renter shall give written acknowledgment of receipt of such\n\nnotice.\n\nDelivery of said notice to a renter shall cover all future\n\nrentals, unless the insurance coverage set forth in the original\n\nnotice has been reduced or eliminated.\n\nC.
