It is hereby declared that it is the policy of the\n\nLegislature to make registration procedures for aircraft similar to\n\nthose for automobiles, with the authority to accomplish the same\n\nvested fully in Service Oklahoma separately from the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Aerospace and Aeronautics, the jurisdiction of the two\n\nagencies, their directors and officers being separate.\n\nB.
