Stat. tit. 3, § 3-254.3","heading":"Fraud - False or misleading statements - Unfair business","body":"practices - Failure to comply with agreement.\n\nNotwithstanding any contractual provision in any agreement to\n\nthe contrary, no manufacturer, in connection with the offer,\n\nnegotiation, sale, purchase, operation, or transfer of any license,\n\ndealership, franchise, or other agreement relating to the sale or\n\nservice of aircraft or aircraft parts shall, directly or indirectly:\n\n1. Employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud; or\n\n2. Make any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to\n\nstate a material fact in order to make the statements made, in light\n\nof the circumstances, not be false or misleading; or\n\n3. Engage in any act, practice, or course of business which\n\noperates as a fraud, an unfair trade practice, an anticompetitive\n\npractice, or a predatory trade practice against the dealer; or\n\n4. Fail to comply with or alter or change in any materially\n\nadverse way the fundamental relationship between the manufacturer\n\nand dealer without the prior written consent of the dealer,\n\nincluding without limitation, making a material change in any\n\nexisting agreement in connection with its renewal; or\n\n5.
