Upon receipt of an application for the registration of an\n\naircraft, as herein provided, Service Oklahoma shall file such\n\napplication and register such aircraft with the name and address of\n\nthe owner, manufacturer or dealer, as the case may be, together with\n\nfacts stated in such application, in a book or index to be kept for\n\nthe purpose, under the distinctive number assigned to such aircraft,\n\nwhich book or index shall be open for the inspection of the public\n\nduring business hours.\n\nB. Upon the filing of such application and the payment of the\n\nfee herein provided for, Service Oklahoma shall assign to that\n\naircraft the distinctive license number used by the federal\n\ngovernment to identify that aircraft, and issue and deliver to the\n\nowner certificates of registration number to be posted in a\n\nconspicuous place at the discretion of the owner of such aircraft.\n\nSuch certificates shall display the outline of this state imprinted\n\nthereupon. Such certificates shall be subject to inspection by\n\nService Oklahoma.\n\nC. In the event of loss, mutilation, or destruction of a\n\ncertificate of registration, the owner of a registered aircraft may\n\nobtain from Service Oklahoma a duplicate thereof upon filing with\n\nService Oklahoma an affidavit showing the facts and upon the payment\n\nof a service charge of One Dollar ($1.00) for each duplicate.\n\nD. Such registration shall be renewed annually, as in the\n\nregistration of automobiles, and in the same manner and upon payment\n\nof the same fee as provided for the original aircraft registration.\n\nE. The sale of registration certificates for aircraft shall be\n\nby Service Oklahoma and its agents. Provided, that monies to be\n\npaid for processing or services for the sale of registration\n\ncertificates shall be deducted from the fees provided by the\n\nscheduled rates.\n\nF.
