Service Oklahoma is hereby authorized to require the owner\n\nof each aircraft to pay a filing fee for the purpose of filing\n\nnecessary liens with the Federal Aviation Administration when any\n\nregistration fees required to be paid by the owner pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 256 of this title, or taxes levied pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall become\n\ndelinquent. The fee shall not exceed the actual cost of filing such\n\nliens with the Federal Aviation Administration and shall be\n\ncollected in the same manner as such liens are collected.\n\nB. The Special Agency Account Board is hereby directed to\n\ncreate an agency special account in which shall be deposited monies\n\nfrom subsection A of Section 256 of this title for the purpose of\n\nfiling liens pursuant to subsection A of this section. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of such account may be budgeted and expended\n\nby Service Oklahoma for the purpose of paying for filing all\n\nnecessary liens with the Federal Aviation Administration.\n\nThe amount of any balance of the agency special account in\n\nexcess of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) at the close of each\n\nfiscal year shall revert to the General Revenue Fund of this state\n\nto be paid out pursuant to direct appropriation by the Legislature.","path":["OK Code","Title 3"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os3.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"72e03f636f43ad72d7b846f5155376753e9b161227879f31cbc21fd88484adb9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-256","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-256.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
