Stat. tit. 3, § 3-257","heading":"Rules and regulations","body":"Authority is hereby given to Service Oklahoma and the Department\n\nof Public Safety to promulgate rules and regulations for the purpose\n\nof regulating and enforcing Section 251 et seq. of this title. Any\n\nadministrative rules promulgated by the Oklahoma Tax Commission\n\nrelated to the administration of the aircraft registration\n\nprovisions set forth in Section 251 et seq. of Title 3 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes after January 1, 2024, shall be transferred to and\n\nbecome a part of the administrative rules of Service Oklahoma. The\n\nOffice of Administrative Rules within the Office of the Secretary of\n\nState shall provide adequate notice in “The Oklahoma Register” of\n\nthe transfer of rules and shall place the transferred rules under\n\nthe Administrative Code section of Service Oklahoma. From and after\n\nJanuary 1, 2024, any amendment, repeal, or addition to the\n\ntransferred rules shall be under the jurisdiction of Service\n\nOklahoma.
