Stat. tit. 3, § 3-258","heading":"Operating aircraft not registered with FAA Office of","body":"Aircraft Registry - Supplying false information relating to\n\nownership or identity of aircraft.\n\nA. It is unlawful for any person in this state to operate an\n\naircraft that is not registered with the Federal Aviation\n\nAdministration Office of Aircraft Registry or with a foreign country\n\nwhich has ratified and is subject to the Convention on the\n\nInternational Recognition of Rights in Aircraft, 4 U.S.T. 1830.\n\nProvided however, no person charged with violating this subsection\n\nshall be convicted of the charge if he or she produces in court or\n\nthe office of the arresting officer proof of registration that was\n\nvalid at the time of arrest.\n\nB. It is a violation of this section for any person or\n\ncorporate entity to knowingly supply false information to any\n\ngovernmental entity in regard to ownership of an aircraft in or\n\noperated in this state.\n\nC. It is a violation of this section for any person to give a\n\nwrong description in any application for the registration of any\n\naircraft in this state for the purpose of concealing or hiding the\n\nidentity of such aircraft.\n\nD. This section does not apply to any aircraft registration or\n\ninformation supplied by a governmental entity in the course and\n\nscope of performing its lawful duties.\n\nE.
