It is unlawful and deemed a Class D3 felony offense for any\n\nperson, firm, corporation, or association to install or equip on any\n\naircraft, or install in the wings or fuselage of the aircraft, any\n\nfuel tank, bladder, drum, or other container which will hold fuel,\n\nif such fuel tank, bladder, drum, or other container does not\n\nconform to federal aviation regulations or has not been approved by\n\nthe Federal Aviation Administration by inspection or special permit.\n\nAny person convicted of violating this subsection shall be guilty of\n\na Class D3 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. It is unlawful and deemed a Class D3 felony offense for any\n\nperson to knowingly possess any aircraft which has been equipped\n\nwith, or had installed in its wings or fuselage, any fuel tank,\n\nbladder, drum, or other container which will hold fuel if such fuel\n\ntank, bladder, drum, or other container does not conform to federal\n\naviation regulations or has not been approved by the Federal\n\nAviation Administration by inspection or special permit. Any person\n\nconvicted of violating this subsection shall be guilty of a Class D3\n\nfelony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for\n\nin subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. A copy of the Federal Aviation Administration Approval Form\n\n337, or special permit pertaining to such installations, shall be\n\ncarried on board the aircraft at all times. Any person convicted of\n\nviolating this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. No\n\nperson charged with violating this subsection shall be convicted of\n\nthe charge if he or she produces in court or the office of the\n\narresting officer a copy of the required documentation either valid\n\nat the time of arrest or acquired within thirty (30) days after the\n\narrest.\n\nD.
