A person not entitled to possession of an aircraft who,\n\nwithout the consent of the owner and with intent to deprive the\n\nowner, temporarily or otherwise, of the aircraft or its possession,\n\ntakes, uses or flies the aircraft, upon conviction, shall be guilty\n\nof a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished as provided for\n\nin subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. A person who, with intent and without right to do so,\n\ninjures or tampers with any aircraft or in any other manner damages\n\nany part or portion of said aircraft or any accessories,\n\nappurtenances or attachments thereto, upon conviction, shall be\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor.\n\nC.
