Every space flight entity providing space flight activities\n\nto a participant shall have each participant sign the warning\n\nstatement specified in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. The warning statement shall contain, at a minimum and in\n\naddition to any language required by federal law, the following\n\nstatement:\n\n\"WARNING AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I understand and acknowledge that,\n\nunder Oklahoma law, there is no civil liability for bodily injury,\n\nincluding death, emotional injury, or property damage sustained by a\n\nparticipant in space flight activities provided by a space flight\n\nentity if such injury or damage results from the risks of the space\n\nflight activity. I have given my informed consent to participate in\n\nspace flight activities after receiving a description of the risks\n\nof space flight activities as required by federal law pursuant to 51\n\nU.S.C. Section 50905 and 14 C.F.R. Section 460.45. The consent that\n\nI have given acknowledges that the risks of space flight activities\n\ninclude, but are not limited to, risks of bodily injury, including\n\ndeath, emotional injury, and property damage. I understand and\n\nacknowledge that I am participating in space flight activities at my\n\nown risk. I have been given the opportunity to consult with an\n\nattorney before signing this statement.\"\n\nC.
