Stat. tit. 3, § 3-375","heading":"Oklahoma Advanced Mobility Pilot Project Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Transportation to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Advanced Mobility Pilot Project Revolving Fund\". The Fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission which are specifically required by law to be deposited in\n\nthe Fund, any public or private donations, contributions and gifts\n\nreceived for the benefit of the Fund and any amounts appropriated by\n\nthe Legislature. All monies accruing to the credit of the Fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Transportation for the purpose of funding grants as\n\nprovided in this act.
