Stat. tit. 3, § 3-403","heading":"Oklahoma Advanced Air Mobility Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics to be\n\ndesignated the “Oklahoma Advanced Air Mobility Revolving Fund”. The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma Tax Commission which are specifically required by law to be\n\ndeposited in the fund, any public or private donations,\n\ncontributions, and gifts received for the benefit of the fund, and\n\nany amounts appropriated by the Legislature. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics\n\nfor the purpose of investing in advanced air mobility and unmanned\n\naircraft systems and associated infrastructure.
