Stat. tit. 3, § 3-414","heading":"Oklahoma Air Service Development Grant Program Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics to be\n\ndesignated the “Oklahoma Air Service Development Grant Program\n\nRevolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Tax Commission which are specifically required by law to be\n\ndeposited in the fund, any public or private donations,\n\ncontributions and gifts received for the benefit of the fund, and\n\nany amounts appropriated by the Legislature. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics\n\nfor the purpose of funding grants as provided in Section 411 et seq.\n\nof this title.
