Stat. tit. 3, § 3-415","heading":"Long-Term Aerospace and Aeronautics Infrastructure","body":"Sustainability Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics to be\n\ndesignated the “Long-Term Aerospace and Aeronautics Infrastructure\n\nSustainability Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies received by the Department from appropriations designated\n\nfor the purpose of construction, maintenance, or other capital\n\nprojects. The Director of the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and\n\nAeronautics shall, at the end of each month, provide a current\n\nbalance and statement of encumbrances of the fund to the Chair of\n\nthe Senate Appropriations Committee and the Chair of the House of\n\nRepresentatives Appropriations and Budget Committee. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and\n\nAeronautics for the sole purpose provided for in this section.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 3"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os3.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"aa1e0384d5e02e34f4707acd7b77ca555666fa9e12ea9f47b0ccca37849e645b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-414","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-421"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
