Stat. tit. 3, § 3-503","heading":"Oklahoma Aircraft and Rocket Engine Testing Development","body":"Grant Program Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics to be\n\ndesignated the “Oklahoma Aircraft and Rocket Engine Testing\n\nDevelopment Grant Program Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Department from all monies\n\nreceived by any public or private donations, contributions, and\n\ngifts received for the benefit of the fund, and any amounts\n\nappropriated by the Legislature, provided for the purpose of funding\n\ngrants as provided in the Oklahoma Aircraft and Rocket Engine\n\nTesting Development Grant Program. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Department for the purpose provided for in the\n\nOklahoma Aircraft and Rocket Engine Testing Development Grant\n\nProgram.
