The Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority, in\n\neffectuating the purposes of the Oklahoma Space Industry Development\n\nAct, shall be subject to the Administrative Procedures Act, the\n\nOklahoma Open Meeting Act, and the Oklahoma Open Records Act, except\n\nas provided in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. Any information held by the Authority which is a trade\n\nsecret, as defined in the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, including trade\n\nsecrets of the Authority, any spaceport user, or the space industry,\n\nis confidential and may not be disclosed. If the Authority\n\ndetermines that any information requested by the public will reveal\n\na trade secret, it shall, in writing, inform the person making the\n\nrequest of that determination. The Authority may hold executive\n\nsessions, as authorized by the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, when trade\n\nsecrets are discussed, and any minutes, recordings, or notes from\n\nsuch sessions are deemed confidential.\n\nC. The Authority shall be granted sovereign immunity in the\n\nsame manner as this state, and the liability of the Authority and\n\nits members, officers, and employees shall be governed by the\n\nprovisions of The Governmental Tort Claims Act. Provided, however,\n\nthe Authority is authorized to carry liability insurance to the\n\nextent authorized by the Authority.\n\nD.
