Stat. tit. 3, § 3-518","heading":"Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority to be\n\ndesignated the “Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority\n\nRevolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Authority from private and public donations, contributions,\n\ngifts, and any monies appropriated or directed by law to be\n\ndeposited thereto. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nAuthority for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Space Industry Development Act, and any legitimate expenses\n\nof the Authority in the execution of such provisions.
