Stat. tit. 3, § 3-519","heading":"Oklahoma Spaceport Management Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority to be\n\ndesignated as the \"Oklahoma Spaceport Management Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received from any lease agreement or\n\ncontract for management services of such facilities as may be owned\n\nby or occupied by the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority.\n\nAll monies accruing to the fund are hereby appropriated and shall be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Space Industry Development\n\nAuthority to pay the expenses incurred as a result of the lease\n\nagreement or contract and for the purpose of making lease payments\n\non bond indebtedness or any other outstanding obligation on\n\nspaceport facilities.","path":["OK Code","Title 3"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os3.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4f36ba38d7e4ba0c974bcbbcfacc65be90edeb1b38c3f12c9ea7fb908a27913d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-518","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-520"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
