Within the geographic limits of any spaceport territory, the\n\nOklahoma Space Industry Development Authority has the right to\n\nacquire, through purchase or interagency agreement, or as otherwise\n\nprovided in law, and to construct, control, and maintain roads\n\ndeemed necessary by the Authority and connections thereto and\n\nextensions thereof now or hereafter acquired, constructed, or\n\nmaintained in accordance with established highway safety standards;\n\nprovided that, in the event a road being addressed by the Authority\n\nis owned by another agency or jurisdiction, the Authority, prior to\n\nproceeding with the proposed project or work activity, shall have\n\neither coordinated the desired work with the owning agency or\n\njurisdiction or shall have successfully executed an interagency\n\nagreement with the owning agency or jurisdiction.\n\nB. The Board shall have the authority to sell or lease any road\n\nto the Department of Transportation, enter into lease-purchase\n\nagreements with respect thereto with the Department of\n\nTransportation, and contract with the same for the construction or\n\nmaintenance of any road, on such terms and conditions as the Board\n\nand the Department of Transportation may agree.
