Stat. tit. 3, § 3-540","heading":"Report to Governor","body":"The Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority shall make and\n\nsubmit to the Governor, within ninety (90) days of the close of the\n\nAuthority's fiscal year, a full report showing anticipated projects,\n\nprojects under construction and projects in operation, and the\n\nfinancial condition of the Authority and the sinking fund of each\n\nseparate project, and such other information as the Governor shall\n\nrequire.
