Stat. tit. 3, § 3-543","heading":"Disclosure of interest in contracts — Statement by board","body":"members.\n\nNo member of the Board of Directors shall be deemed to have an\n\ninterest in any contract of the Oklahoma Space Industry Development\n\nAuthority with any person by reason of the fact that such Board\n\nmember is related to such person or is a director, officer,\n\nemployee, stockholder, partner or agent of such person. Contracts\n\nof the Authority with any such person shall not be invalid or\n\nunenforceable by reason of such interest, provided that each member\n\nof the Board shall have submitted to the Board a statement of the\n\nmember’s interest in or relationship to such person prior to the\n\napproval or authorization of the contract by the Authority.
