Stat. tit. 3, § 3-544","heading":"Remedies to ensure compliance with act — Injunction","body":"\n\nThe Board of Directors or any aggrieved person may have recourse\n\nto such remedies in law and equity as may be necessary to ensure\n\ncompliance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Space Industry\n\nDevelopment Act, including injunctive relief to enjoin or restrain\n\nany person from violating the provisions of the Oklahoma Space\n\nIndustry Development Act, and any rules, resolutions, procedures,\n\nand orders adopted under the Oklahoma Space Industry Development\n\nAct. The court shall, upon proof of any such violation, have the\n\nduty to issue temporary and permanent injunctions as are necessary\n\nto prevent further violation thereof. In case any building or\n\nstructure is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired,\n\nconverted or maintained, or any building, structure, land or water\n\nis used, in violation of the Oklahoma Space Industry Development\n\nAct, or of any rules, resolutions, procedures, or orders adopted\n\nunder authority conferred by the Oklahoma Space Industry Development\n\nAct or under law, the Board may institute any appropriate action or\n\nproceeding to prevent such unlawful erection, construction,\n\nreconstruction, alteration, repair, conversion, maintenance or use,\n\nto restrain, correct or avoid such violations, to prevent the\n\noccupancy of such building, structure, land or water, and to prevent\n\nany illegal act, conduct, business or use in or about such premises,\n\nland or water.","path":["OK Code","Title 3"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os3.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"537537f30e46b628e0d9a98fec020ce57d5a72b21164d6391b298d1834c6d595","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-543","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-545"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
