Stat. tit. 3, § 3-545","heading":"Involvement of women, minorities and disadvantaged business","body":"enterprises in Authority projects — Legislative intent and public\n\npolicy.\n\nIt is the intent of the Legislature and the public policy of\n\nthis state that women, minorities, and socially, physically, and\n\neconomically disadvantaged business enterprises be encouraged to\n\nparticipate fully in all phases of economic and community\n\ndevelopment.
