Stat. tit. 3, § 3-61","heading":"Municipalities may acquire and operate airports - Eminent","body":"domain - Bonds.\n\nEvery municipal corporation within this state shall have the\n\nright and power to acquire, own, operate, improve and maintain,\n\nwithin or without the corporate limits of such municipal\n\ncorporation, real estate, buildings, improvements and facilities for\n\naviation airports and rights-of-way therefor. For such purposes\n\nevery municipal corporation shall have the power to exercise the\n\nright of eminent domain within or without the corporate limits of\n\nsuch municipal corporation.
