Stat. tit. 3, § 3-65.10v2","heading":"Bond issues - Financing acquisitions, costs and","body":"improvements.\n\nThe cost of planning and acquiring, establishing, developing,\n\nconstructing, enlarging, improving, or equipping, an airport,\n\nvertiport, or air navigation facility, or the site therefor,\n\nincluding buildings and other facilities incidental to the operation\n\nthereof, and the acquisition or elimination of airport hazards, may\n\nbe paid for wholly or partly from the proceeds of the sale of bonds\n\nor notes of the municipality, as the governing body of the\n\nmunicipality shall determine. For such purposes a municipality may\n\nissue general or special obligation bonds, revenue bonds or other\n\nforms of bonds or notes, secured or unsecured, including refunding\n\nbonds, in the manner and within the limitations prescribed by the\n\nlaws of this state or the charter of the municipality for the\n\nauthorization and issuance of bonds or notes thereof for public\n\npurposes generally. Any bonds or notes issued by a municipality\n\npursuant to the Municipal Airports Act which are payable, as to\n\nprincipal and interest, solely from the revenues of an airport,\n\nvertiport, or air navigation facility (and such bonds or notes shall\n\nso state on their face) shall not constitute a debt of such\n\nmunicipality within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory\n\ndebt limitation or restriction.
