Stat. tit. 3, § 3-65.11","heading":"Validation of prior acquisitions, actions and bond","body":"issues.\n\nAny acquisition of property heretofore made, within or without\n\nthe limits of any municipality of the state, for the purposes\n\nauthorized by this act, and any other action heretofore taken by a\n\nmunicipality in furtherance of such purposes, including but not\n\nlimited to the making of appropriations, the expenditure of money,\n\nthe incurring of debts, the acceptance and disbursement of federal,\n\nstate or other grants or loans, the issuance and payment of bonds\n\nand notes, the execution of leases and contracts, which acquisition\n\nor action would have been authorized had this act been in effect at\n\nthe time of such acquisition or action, is hereby ratified and made\n\nvalid. All bonds and notes heretofore issued in furtherance of\n\npurposes authorized by this act and actions ratified by this section\n\nare confirmed as legal obligations of the municipality, and, without\n\nprejudice to the general powers granted to the municipality by this\n\nact, such municipality is hereby authorized to issue further bonds\n\nand notes for such purposes up to the limit fixed in the original\n\nauthorization therefor, which bonds and notes shall be legal\n\nobligations in accordance with their terms.","path":["OK Code","Title 3"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os3.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2427d37c4e9d67826238db47e9e1ca5de1aaa0f65c1dfe02b4ff45e9b29f6e15","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-65.10v2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-65.12"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
