Stat. tit. 3, § 3-65.4v2","heading":"Disposal of airport, vertiport, or air navigation","body":"facility property.\n\nExcept as may be limited by the terms and conditions of any\n\ngrant, loan, or agreement pursuant to Section 65.13 of this title,\n\nevery municipality may by sale, lease or otherwise, dispose of any\n\nairport, vertiport, air navigation facility, or other property, or\n\nportion thereof or interest therein, acquired pursuant to this act.\n\nSuch disposal by sale, lease, or otherwise, shall be in accordance\n\nwith the laws of this state, or provisions of the charter of the\n\nmunicipality, governing the disposition of other property of the\n\nmunicipality, except that in the case of the disposal of another\n\nmunicipality or agency of the state or federal government for\n\naeronautical purposes incident thereto, the sale, lease, or other\n\ndisposal may be effected in such manner and upon such terms as the\n\ngoverning body of the municipality may deem in the best interest of\n\nthe municipality.","path":["OK Code","Title 3"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os3.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"99e5a6cb0498615856e1925dbe5af6d7e4512d4126b61f2615e915d676f189a0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-65.4v1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-3-3-65.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
