Stat. tit. 3, § 3-85.1","heading":"Department authority for real and personal property","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics is hereby\n\nauthorized on behalf of and in the name of the state, to accept\n\ntitle to property, real or personal, or any interest therein\n\nincluding easements from any authority, county, municipality or\n\npolitical subdivision thereof. The Department is further authorized\n\nto construct, enlarge, improve, maintain, equip, operate, regulate,\n\nprotect, and police such property, including the construction,\n\ninstallation, equipping, maintenance, and operation of airports,\n\nbuildings and other facilities for the servicing of aircraft or for\n\nthe comfort and accommodation of air travelers.
