Stat. tit. 3, § 3-91","heading":"Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics to be\n\ndesignated as the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics\n\nRevolving Fund. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to\n\nfiscal year limitations, and shall consist of a monthly allocation\n\nby the Oklahoma Tax Commission of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00)\n\nfrom the motor fuel excise tax levied and collected pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes, such amount being a\n\npart of the estimated amount of tax paid on gasoline consumed by\n\nengines to propel aircraft in this state, sale of surplus property,\n\nfees and receipts collected pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records\n\nAct, donations, gifts, bequests, contribution, devices, interagency\n\nreimbursements, federal funds unless otherwise provided by federal\n\nlaw or regulation, sale of leases and aircraft registration fees and\n\ntaxes, fees authorized by Section 1135.5 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes or any other source. All monies accruing to the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Aerospace and Aeronautics for airport construction and\n\nrehabilitation programs, general operations of the agency, for\n\npromoting the awareness of aviation and aerospace, and providing\n\nfinancial support for aviation education programs to address the\n\nneed for a skilled and competent aviation workforce.
