Any guardianship or conservatorship in existence on or\n\ncreated on or after December 1, 1990, shall comply with the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Guardianship and Conservatorship Act.\n\n2. Unless otherwise modified or terminated, all guardianships\n\nand conservatorships established prior to the effective date of the\n\nOklahoma Guardianship and Conservatorship Act shall remain in full\n\nforce and effect.\n\n3. All guardians or conservators shall retain the powers\n\nassigned to them, unless otherwise modified or terminated by the\n\ncourt.\n\nB.
