A guardian, including a special guardian, of the person is\n\ncharged with the custody of the ward, and must look to the support,\n\nhealth and education of the ward. Except as provided by Section 3-\n\n113 of this title, he may fix the place of abode of the ward at any\n\nplace within the county, but not elsewhere, without permission of\n\nthe court and any change in the place of abode of a ward within the\n\ncounty shall be reported to the court.\n\nB. Limited guardians of partially incapacitated persons shall\n\nnot have custody of the person of the ward and shall have only those\n\npowers or controls over the person of the ward specifically ordered\n\nin a dispositional order or other order of the court.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 3334.
