When any person is appointed guardian of a minor, the court\n\nshall include in the order of appointment conditions providing for\n\nthe care, treatment, education and welfare of the minor.\n\nB. An order providing for the transfer of the permanent care\n\nand custody of a child:\n\n1. Shall require that the placement be reviewed within one (1)\n\nyear after transfer and may require the person to whom custody is\n\ntransferred to submit any records or reports the court deems\n\nnecessary for purposes of the review; and\n\n2. Shall require periodic reviews by the court thereafter as\n\nnecessary to serve the best interests of the child.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6533. Amended by Laws 1988, c. 329, § 33, eff. Dec. 1,\n\n1988.
