Any person interested in the welfare of a minor, where the\n\nminor is at least seventeen (17) years and six (6) months of age and\n\nbelieved to be an incapacitated person or partially incapacitated\n\nperson, may initiate guardianship proceedings, file a petition\n\npursuant to Section 3-101 of Title 30 of the Oklahoma Statutes and\n\nrequest that any guardianship order take effect immediately on the\n\nminor's eighteenth birthday.\n\nB. The petitioner may provide with the petition a copy of the\n\nresults of an evaluation of the minor by a physician, psychologist\n\nor other appropriate professional evaluation that meets the\n\nrequirements of subsection C of Section 3-101 of Title 30 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.
