Stat. tit. 30, § 30-3-109","heading":"Hearing on petition - Setting of date","body":"When it is represented to the court in a petition filed pursuant\n\nto this act alleging that a person is an incapacitated person or\n\npartially incapacitated person, the court shall set a date for a\n\nhearing on the petition which date shall be no more than thirty (30)\n\ndays after the filing of the petition. The court shall cause notice\n\nto be served pursuant to the provisions of Section 3-110 of this\n\ntitle and to the attorney of the subject of the proceeding, if any,\n\nand if known to the petitioner.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6538.
