Whenever the court finds the subject of the proceeding to be\n\nan incapacitated person the court shall appoint:\n\n1. A general guardian of the person; and\n\n2. As the court determines to be necessary and appropriate, a\n\nguardian of the property of the ward.\n\nB. Whenever the court finds the subject of the proceeding to be\n\na partially incapacitated person the court shall appoint, as\n\nnecessary and appropriate for said person:\n\n1. A limited guardian of the person; or\n\n2. A general or a limited guardian of the property of said\n\nperson; or\n\n3. A limited guardian of the person and a general or limited\n\nguardian of the property of said person.\n\nC.
