Stat. tit. 30, § 30-3-303","heading":"Communication between courts","body":"(a) A court of this state may communicate with a court in\n\nanother state concerning a proceeding arising under this act. The\n\ncourt may allow the parties to participate in the communication.\n\nExcept as otherwise provided in subsection (b) of this section, the\n\ncourt shall make a record of the communication.
