Stat. tit. 30, § 30-3-313","heading":"Notice of petition in home state of respondent","body":"If a petition for the appointment of a guardian or issuance of a\n\nprotective order is brought in this state and this state was not the\n\nrespondent’s home state on the date the petition was filed, in\n\naddition to complying with the notice requirements of this state,\n\nnotice of the petition shall be given to those persons who would be\n\nentitled to notice of the petition if a proceeding were brought in\n\nthe respondent’s home state.
