Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-202","heading":"Request for security or bond - Suspension of powers -","body":"Order.\n\nWhen a petition is presented praying that a guardian be required\n\nto give further security, or to give bond where, by order of the\n\ncourt no bond was originally required, and it is alleged on oath\n\nthat such is necessary to serve the best interest of the ward or his\n\nestate, the judge may, by order, suspend his powers until the matter\n\ncan be heard and determined.
