Stat. tit. 30, § 30-4-605","heading":"Removal of property","body":"When the guardian and ward are both nonresidents, and the ward\n\nis entitled to property in this state which may be removed to\n\nanother state, territory or foreign country without conflict with\n\nany restriction or limitation thereupon, or impairing the right of\n\nthe ward thereto, such property may be removed to the state,\n\nterritory or foreign country of the residence of the ward, upon the\n\napplication of the guardian to the judge of the district court of\n\nthe county in which the estate of the ward, or the principal part\n\nthereof, is situated.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6574.
